RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority! If you’re unhappy with your order, we will gladly accept non-custom items to be returned for store credit within 14 days from the date of delivery as indicated by courier notification. To return/exchange your product, please use our return portal to receive a return label. Make sure you have your Order Number and shipping Zip Code handy.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Each order gets processed into our production system automatically, therefore we are unable to make changes or cancel an order once it has been placed.


Returns/Exchanges can only be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.


Refunds (If Applicable)

We ask for your patience in allowing us 5-10 business days to process your return request from the day it is received back at our facility. Once your return is received and passes inspection, you will receive an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you received a free gift with your purchase and your return results in a reduction of the order value below the required minimum, the free gift must be returned. If it is not returned, a $25 deduction will be made from your refund amount.


Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for return shipping charges, therefore if an item is returned, shipping charges will be deducted from credited amount.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to the original payment method. 


Returns must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.

Items must be returned in the original packaging, including boxes, pouches, or gifts with purchase.

*Please take extra care when packing your items to ensure they will not be damaged in transit. All returns will be go through an inspection process before they are accepted. We are unable to accept returned products that have been damaged. (Tangled, scratched etc.) If we do not receive your return package as described above, we reserve the right to refuse your return or please note a fee may apply.
