When to Expect Your Package

Shipping Confirmation Emails

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. This will include tracking details for your shipment. Since some items may ship separately from different fulfillment centers (including our marketplace partners), you may receive multiple shipping confirmation emails with tracking updates for each item. Please allow 12-24 business hours after receiving your shipping confirmation email to see updated tracking information and status from the carrier.


Expected Delivery Time

For standard express shipping, please expect delivery within 7 to 20 days.


Shipping Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and at different times to speed up delivery. Some items might ship directly from our marketplace partners. Each shipping confirmation email will specify the items being shipped, along with their carrier and tracking information.


Track Your Package

You’ll receive email updates on your order’s status. Please allow 12-24 business hours after shipping confirmation for tracking details to appear. If you have a DevSquares account, you can check the status of your order at any time. For customers without an account, please feel free to email us for assistance. Email:Sale@devsquares.com


Understanding "Availability"

"Availability" refers to the time it takes to process an item before it ships. This will be indicated next to each item in your cart (e.g., "Ships in X days"), as each product may have a different availability. You can find this information in the item details. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping method to calculate your expected delivery date. 


Important: Inspect Before Signing for Delivery

Please do not sign the Proof of Delivery (POD) until you’ve inspected the item. By signing, you confirm that the item has arrived and is in acceptable condition. If the item is damaged and you don’t indicate this on the POD, we will be unable to file a claim for any damages.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Most items ship within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated in the product details.


Note: Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable for returns.


Carrier tracking may take 24-48 business hours to update after you receive the shipping confirmation email.


Shipping to P.O. Boxes and Hotels

For security reasons, we do not ship to hotels or P.O. boxes, unless the address is a military (APO or FPO) or university address.


Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses

Shipments to APO/FPO addresses may take longer than standard shipping times. Please also note that some items from our Marketplace Partners may not be eligible for delivery to APO/FPO addresses.
